Easy Ingredient Keto Cream Cheese French Toast
Keto french toast is just as delicious as the original using a simple keto waffle recipe dipped in a foolproof egg mixture then pan fried until golden brown! It's perfect for breakfast or even dessert.

This keto french toast recipe is one of my favorite breakfasts to make when I feel like something filling and sweet.
You'll be surprised, at only 2 net carbs, this french toast recipe tastes better and is more flavorful than the original!
What's keto french toast?
My version of keto french toast is made up of a simple keto pancake recipe, then it's dipped in a delicious egg mixture and then cooked in a pan until golden brown.
What kind of keto maple syrup do you recommend using?
My favorite syrup to put on french toast is ChocZero maple syrup but feel free to use your preferred sugar-free maple syrup.
What kind of pancake iron should I use to make the keto french toast bread?
I love using the Dash Mini Griddle Maker to make these perfect little pancakes but using a regular pan will also work however, they may not be as thick.
Any tips on making keto french toast?
- Make sure your cream cheese is at room temp to ensure an even batter. This process can be done instantly by putting the cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds.
- You can also throw everything in the blender which will ensure a very smooth batter.

Now if you're ready, let's get making from keto style French toast just in time for breakfast!

Directions
1) Gather all the ingredients. Note – For quick room temperature eggs, submerge the egg in warm water for 3-5 min. For quick room temperature cream cheese, take the amount needed and microwave for 10-15 sec.
2) Plug-in Dash Mini Waffle Maker to pre-heat.
3) In a mixing bowl, add in ingredients for the toast which consists of Coconut Flour , sweetener, Baking Powder, egg, cream cheese and Vanilla Extract. Use a hand mixer to combine all ingredients together until a smooth consistency is formed.
4) Pour about half the batter into a waffle iron and cook for 3-4 min until browned to liking.
5) In the meantime, add 1 egg, heavy cream, Sugar Free Maple Syrup, cinnamon, and Vanilla Extract into another mixing bowl. Hand whisk or use a hand mixer to mix all the ingredients.
6) Once toasts are cooked, dip into French toast coating and set aside.
7) In a Teflon frying pan, melt butter on medium low heat. Once butter is melted, transfer coated toast and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until browned and transfer to a serving plate. Top with optional berries of choice!
